When reserving an apartment via our web site, we will need to collect information about you to confirm your reservation/booking. This information may include details such as your name, your address and contact information. We will only disclose personal data that is required to third parties for the purpose of completing your reservation/booking. To complete your booking, we must pass on your details to the serviced apartment providers you have selected - we do this by secure email, and will only include your name and no other personal information. We do not sell, distribute or use in conjunction your personal information with third parties for any use other than that what is required to fulfill the services that you have chosen us to undertake on your behalf.

By using our web site you consent that the information that is gathered when making a reservation can be used in the manor stated and must be obtained to fulfill the services that you have chosen us to undertake on your behalf.
My Favourites / Corporate / Personal login Accounts
For clients who have submitted to use the membership login feature within our web site, the following information is required to activate and utilise the functions within this section.
Refresh Accommodation will collect your email address when you register to become a member of our Web site and the password that is generated/chosen will be known by us for security and for continual use of the member’s login area.
User Information
We will collect the full name and comprehensive contact information from the member and other information about accommodation, requirement and location preferences. This information is stored in the My Favorites section of the web site once logged in, some information is required to activate the member’s login and other details are optional.
This information is gathered to enable members to make the most of the functions but is controlled by the user at all times and the use of this feature can be amended, updated and deleted at the user’s request. Please contact us to discuss the opening / closing process).
Serviced Apartment Booking and pay information
We are required to collect details of the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase accommodation. We will only collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiry date when collecting payment for the accommodation

Newsletters, Surveys and Competition Information
Occasionally, refresh accommodation may offer our members and site visitors an opportunity to participate in receiving newsletters, participating in surveys and competitions. Information collected when you participate may include your full name and email address. You may cancel any newsletter service by visiting your newsletter preferences in your account or by emailing us.
