Check in is from 15.00 and check out is at 11.00.
Key CollectionThe keys can be collected from reception which is open 24 hours a day. Upon booking please inform us of your arrival time.
Please be aware that guests are required to provide a security deposit at check-in which is refunded after departure, subject to any damages or additional charges incurred, deposit amounts are as follows:
Studio £600; One Bedroom Apartment £1,000; Two Bedroom Apartment £1,500; Three Bedroom Apartment £2,000.
Cancellation PolicyOutside of the period from 1st June to 15th September 2012:
Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
Once you have checked in you must give us 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.
During the period from 1st June to 20th July 2012
Notification of Cancellation policy is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice. For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
