TERMS & CONDITIONS

Security Deposit
A deposit covering breakages and damages will be required at the time of booking. Or you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of any cancellation the property managers charge an admin fee of £25.00 + VAT.
For stays of less than seven nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 7 to 27 nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.
For stays of 28 nights or more cancellations must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.
