Cancellation Procedure: Notice of cancellation is required in writing at least 3 days prior to the confirmed arrival date. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival a cancellation charge equal to 1 nights accommodation will regrettably be enforced. In case of a no-show, 100 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
For bookings of 5-12 weeks cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of 50% of the accommodation total.Booking for 12 weeks and longer, cancellation is at the property manager's discretion. Cancellation notice must be given in advance in a written form sent by fax or e-mail by the person who originally made the reservation. We regret that we cannot compensate for cancellations due to bad weather, illness, and changes in travel plans or travel delays.The cancellation policies are entirely up to the property management’s discretion.
Checking In/Out: The property is maintained and serviced by Hyde Park Suites whose office opening hours are 9:00am - 5:00am daily. Check in is available from 2pm on the confirmed arrival date. Please arrive at the reception office located at 55 Inverness Terrace to collect the keys to the apartment. Guests must check out by 11:00am on the confirmed departure date.Please be aware that arrivals after 10pm should be notified to Refresh at the time of booking.
Key Collection: Keys can be collected from main reception at 55 Inverness Terrace
Minimum and Maximum stay: Minimum Stay = 7 nights (flexible)Maximum Stay = No maximum stay required
Smoking Policy: From 1st July 2007 it will be against the law to smoke in virtually all enclosed and substantially enclosed public places and workplaces, including these apartments.
