Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation more than 31 days before your arrival: the deposit (20% of accommodation total) is non refundable. • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before your arrival: 50% of the invoice is payable.• Cancellation less than 14 days before your arrival: will not be subject to any refund, regardless of whether or not full payment has been received.
Time of Arrival :Time of arrival must be confirmed upon booking.
Check In/Out Procedure: Keys are available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival, guests must collect keys from the Acorn Office - Ground Floor - 19 Bedford Place, London WC1B 5JA - Reception is open 24 hours/day - Approximately a ten minute walk from Gower Street.Guests must vacate the apartments by 10:00am on the day of departure, keys must be left inside the apartment.
Deposit Authorisation: The property managers require £300 damage deposit upon check-in. Please note that this is not a debit on funds but rather is a “hold” on funds from the credit/debit card provided. This is automatically removed following guests' departure, subject to no damage is caused to flat, Acorn's terms and Conditions are not breached and all keys are returned as required.
Minimum/Maximum Stay: Minumum Stay - 3 NightMaximum Stay - There are no maximum stay requirements.
