How to book

1. Find your desired apartment

You can search for your apartment using any four of our search functions.
1- Apartment Search – select your chosen area, chosen classification, apartment type or enter a location or post code
2- London Apartments Map – Click your chosen area to view all apartments in particular areas of London
3- Special Requirements? – Click one of the ‘I’m looking for’ statements to view apartments that cater for unique requirements
4- Browse Our Apartments – search through all of the Refresh apartments either alphabetically listed, by classification, by location or by apartment type

You can choose to add your chosen apartment/s to ‘my favourites’ if you have registered with Refresh, or click to be taken to an enquiry form.

2. Submit an enquiry

Complete an enquiry form by using the drop down menus to select an apartment type, arrival and departure dates (it may help to use the calendar view), number of adults and children in the group and then enter the guests’ names. Ensure that you .
You may now decide to remove or edit this enquiry, or add another apartment type or alternative dates at the same property.
If you wish to enquire about availability at a different property on the same enquiry form, simply save the changes to your first enquiry, search for a second apartment through the four search functions and click in the apartment details page. From here you select the apartment type and dates as above and again when complete. Having added as many apartment enquiries as is desired, you may add any comments or special requirements to the enquiry form and then click continue to complete this stage.
Next you must enter your personal details so the Refresh team can contact you with a response to your enquiry. If you have registered with Refresh, your details will automatically be completed on the enquiry form. Now click . At this point you will be presented with a booking enquiry reference number – this will stay with you throughout this enquiry/booking.

3. Receive apartment availability from Refresh

An account manager will check the availability of your chosen apartment/s and send you an email detailing availability, unavailable apartments and Refresh recommendations (where necessary).
From this email click  to book the selected apartment.
Please note that all apartment enquires will have an expiry date. The availability of an apartment cannot be guaranteed after a length of time, so you must book within the highlighted ‘expiry period’.

4. Book Online and complete details

The 'book online' link will take you to a Refresh website page detailing your enquiry. Make sure all the reservation details are correct and then click to go through to the secure payment page.
This page will contain a booking summary and a credit card details form. Once again please check the details of your booking before entering your credit card information.
It is vital that you have read both the Refresh and your chosen apartment’s Terms and Conditions before proceeding with payment. You MUST tick the box to show that you agree with these terms and conditions.
Check the total charge (accommodation cost plus any credit card charges) and click  to proceed with payment and to book your selected apartment/s.

5. Print out receipt and receive confirmation email

Once payment has been authorised, you will be presented with a 'Receipt of Payment/Confirmation’ page. You can print this page for your records, however a confirmation would have also been sent to your email address.
Your booking is now confirmed and your chosen property will have a copy of your booking confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager of the Refresh team if you have any more questions or queries.
