Refresh Accommodation is an established short-term serviced apartment provider with over 20 years experience working within Central London. Refresh Accommodation recognized the growing demand and requirements of companies and individuals for alternative accommodation solutions. We are focused on maintaining our excellent reputation for customer service and commitment to meeting client’s needs.
We have a myriad of apartments to choose from, offering accommodation in central locations, such as Kensington, Liverpool Street, Mayfair, Hyde Park and The City. Our apartments can provide accommodation solutions from 1 day to 1year.
Account managers are available to discuss individual enquiries and group reservations. Because of our unique website features, clients are able to access previous information and financial records relating to bookings and promotional updates to help booking an apartment, a simple process.

Ross has been based in the hospitality sector for what can only be described as a considerable stretch!
Having moved to London from Bournemouth upon completing a degree in International Hospitality Management, his career has been centred within the accommodation sector. He started within his family run accommodation ventures in Sussex, which has led his interest to working as General Manager of an independent apartment provider for over 10 years and along the way included working at the luxurious Lanesborough Hotel.
Having been instrumental in the development and launch of Refresh, Ross’ principal areas of focus include property acquisitions through to relationship development with key clients and property owners.
Ross is married with three young children and when he has time to spare is an avid cycling enthusiast, often seen cycling around the countryside of Kent or on the congested streets of London. His goal is to one day to take part in the L'Étape du Tour!
Business Development Manager
Chris graduated from the prestigious Bournemouth University in 2005 with a BA Hons in Tourism Management where he specialised in the hospitality and hotel industry route. The course enabled Chris the opportunity to work in industry and he duly discovered the serviced apartment sector, working as a Duty Manager. Upon completion of his studies, Chris decided to satisfy his passion for travel by taking a sabbatical to travel around the world, experiencing China, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
Since returning to London he has been working with Refresh as Business Development Manager, forging and maintaining relationships with property managers and key corporate clients, as well as being integral to the development and launch of Refresh Corporate, and the ongoing development of Refresh Accommodation.
Away from the office, Chris is what one could call a football fanatic, taking every opportunity to play, watch, indulge and embrace the sport! During the close season he also participates in a friendly game of tennis, usually to kill time before the new season begins.
Hugo has worked in the accommodation industry for over 20 years and during this time he has worked in exotic locations from Paris, Sydney, America to the remotest parts of Africa.
Since returning to London, Hugo masterminded the redevelopment and launch of the Queensgate Hotel (now known as 54 Boutique Hotel, SW7) and along with the extensive background in property and commercial ventures he has been instrumental in the start-up of other businesses in the events sector. Throughout his time at Refresh he has led the business development side of the company and leads our corporate sales.
Away from the office Hugo loves all sports especially going on cricket tours, mainly to the sub-continent!
Executive Account Manager
Rebecca graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2011 with a BA Hons Degree in Marketing. Following the completion of her studies she took the opportunity to make a trip around the world visiting the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
Having worked in sales and customer relations for over 7 years, she is committed to providing great customer service. Rebecca first joined the team at Refresh in 2009 during a one year placement programme from University, returning to the company in 2012 as Client Account manager.
Outside of the office, time and attention is spent attending live music concerts, cinemas and reading.
Executive Account Manager
Being native German, Corinna decided to move abroad to study Hotel Management at Stenden University in Leewarden, the Netherlands, where after spending one exchange semester in Bangkok, Thailand, she graduated in 2011 with a BA Hons in Hotel Management. During her studies, she chose Hospitality Real Estate as her minors to pursue her interest in the property market.
Before joining Refresh as Account Manager in 2012, Corinna worked in sales for a luxury five star hotel in central London, whereby she gained valuable experience about the hospitality industry as well as customer service, which she is now keen to apply in her role at Refresh.
Away from the office, Corinna likes to relax by meeting friends, reading and doing Pilates. Besides this she has a great passion for travelling and discovering foreign countries.
